Hot Lunch dates this month are as follows:

Friday, May 7
Friday, May 14
Friday, May 28

Deadline for orders and payment submissions is Monday, May 3rd for monthly order.

If you are ordering on a week to week basis:
**Deadline for May 7th pizza day is Monday, May 3rd for order submission and payment
**Deadline for May 14th pizza day is Monday, May 10th for order submission and payment
**Deadline for May 28th pizza day is Monday, May 24h for order submission and payment

MENU

Pizza Hut 6-inch Personal Size Pizzas @ $5 each

Cheese - Extra pizza mozzarella, no toppings
Pepperoni - Double pepperoni and extra pizza mozzarella
Hawaiian - Ham, pineapple and extra pizza mozzarella
Supreme - Pepperoni, mild sausage, beef topping, green pepper, sliced mushrooms, red onion and pizza mozzarella
Veggie - Sliced mushrooms, green pepper, red onion, tomato and pizza mozzarella

Each pizza comes individually boxed, and will be sliced into quarters (4 pieces)

We currently are not offering snacks or beverages

HOW TO ORDER

You can place individual orders for up to 3 children on this webform.
Once you finish child 1's order, you can proceed to enter in child 2's order, etc. or simply skip to the check out. Please follow all prompts.

Once you are finished submitting your child(ren)'s pizza order, you will be asked to enter YOUR contact information at the Check Out. When that is completed, hit PLACE ORDER and you will be taken to a payment instructions page. We appreciate you following these instructions carefully.

PAC has to submit orders to Pizza Hut in advance, and there is still a large manual component to our current online ordering system. As such, we are unable to accommodate changes to your child(ren)'s pizza orders once it has been placed. We appreciate your understanding!

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We can ONLY accept Interac e-Transfers as payment.
Please make arrangements with friends or family members to assist you.

You will receive an order summary confirmation email (this will again include e-TRANSFER payment instructions).
Once you submit your payment, please look out for your financial institution's email notifying you that "Garden City PAC accepted your money transfer"

Please be sure to include your child's information on the message line so we can match your payment to your order.
